Hi X North,

Tyneside Cyrenians GAP project have recently registered on X North and would like to make you aware of their services.

We provide individual outreach and group support for women involved in sex work in Newcastle Upon Tyne. GAP provides a holistic service to address a wide spectrum of personal, social and economic needs, with particular focus on accessing mainstream services such as physical sexual and mental health, housing and benefits and domestic violence. Support is offered using an assertive outreach approach where women can have contact with the GAP worker in any environment comfortable to them and they are frequently accompanied to appointments if required.

Meetings/coffee mornings take place the first Friday of every month in the centre of town so women can meet with GAP workers and other escorts working in Newcastle we also offer free sexual health advice and free condoms from a specialised sexual health nurse. The mornings are also a chance to share your stories, chat to other women and keep each other safe sharing information.
